Warranty Information

Your new Sleepsutraa mattress is covered by a 4-year Limited Warranty for Dual Sense and 7-year Limited Warranty for Cloud Sense. The warranty begins at the date of purchase. 

If there is any manufacturing defect (as mentioned in the specifications provided in the warranty), we will repair the defect/replace the mattress (same as the original size/model purchased). Replacement or repair is applicable to all components/parts of the mattress. 

Sleepsutraa will not charge a customer for any fees to repair or replace the mattress they purchased if it is deemed defective, malfunctioning, or in need of repair (according to the terms mentioned below) during the Limited Warranty period.

If a warranty claim arises within the 100 Nights Trial period, the time between the shipment of the mattress and delivery of the new piece is considered as a pause of the trial. Once you have received a replacement mattress, the trial period resumes. 

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Premature degradation like sagging or body impression on the mattress/uneven surface greater than 2 inches and was not caused by an improper bed/base. 
  • Manufacturing defects such as a faulty cover zipper, seams/stitches coming undone, fundamental construction defects like bent or broken innerspring coils, poor materials or workmanship that cause the foam to crack, dislocate or bulge despite normal usage and appropriate handling.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Any warranty claim is applicable to the original customer’s name, within the country of the original delivery of the product.

  • Normal wear and tear occurring due to usage over time (such as stains, cuts, liquid or moisture damage, and discoloration)

  • Natural indentions less than 1 inch deep. Foam materials tend to get a little softer over time, to naturally accommodate the curvature of the user’s body and it does not affect the pressure-relieving properties of the Mattress. Such minor sagging does not fall within the category of a defect. 

  • Damage caused by the users of their environment due to mishandling, negligence, improper use (e.g., damage inflicted by children, animals, rodents). A mattress is used for sleeping, laying on or resting. Using a mattress for purposes other than its intended use, may cause defects not covered by Sleepsutraa Limited Warranty. 

  • Any attempt to repair, modify or replace the mattress without our consent will void this warranty.

  • Naturally occurring aromas from materials used in the mattress. 

  • If the mattress has already been replaced under warranty 

  • Minor imperfections such as slight blemishes i.e., removable marks or other cosmetic flaws.

  • Personal preferences or opinions about the height, softness, firmness, or characteristics of the mattress

  • Leaving a mattress-in-a-box compressed without opening the package for longer than 2 months

  • Any Sleepsutraa mattress/product sold, acquired, gifted by any party not authorized by Sleepsutraa or not in the possession of its original customer/owner

  • We will not provide any new warranty for the replacement product. 

  • Any damages, delay or failure in performance caused by force majeure. This includes any act or event that is beyond our reasonable control, which may include but is not limited to disasters such as flood, theft etc.

  • If the customer has failed to support the mattress with a proper foundation, platform or bed frame. Sleepsutraa mattress should be placed on a slatted wood or metal base with slats no more than 4 inches apart, solid wood box/metal box foundations/platforms. To approve your warranty claim, we may ask for proof that you have provided the mattress a solid, appropriate support with minimal or no give to avoid unwanted contouring, the failure to do which will void your mattress warranty.
